Return Policy

At SignRack, every order is custom built to order. Because of this, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. Please review the following terms carefully before placing your order.

No Returns

  • Signs are custom manufactured to your selected size and configuration.

  • Orders cannot be canceled or returned once production has started.

Modifications

  • In certain cases, a sign may be modified to slightly increase or reduce its size if the dimensions you selected create limitations.

  • If modification is possible:

    • You may receive instructions to adjust the sign during assembly, or

    • You may be billed for the additional components required.

  • Not all signs can be modified. If modification is not supported, your order will be produced exactly as confirmed.

Warranty & Damage in Transit

  • All sales include a 5-year warranty.

  • If your sign is damaged during delivery, you will have the option of a repair or replacement.

  • Defective parts must be returned within 30 days of service notification to remain eligible for warranty coverage.

Rare Exceptions

  • If SignRack approves a return as an exception, a 30% restocking fee will apply.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

By placing an order with SignRack, you acknowledge that:

  • Orders are built to order and cannot be returned.

  • Only some signs may be modified, and only under specific conditions.

  • Exceptions to the no-return policy are rare and subject to fees.

  • Every sign is backed by our 5-year warranty for peace of mind.
