What You’ll Need to Install Your LED Sign

Your LED sign will arrive fully assembled and tested before shipping. For larger models, the display may be shipped in sections to reduce freight costs, speed up delivery, and make handling easier. The package will include everything you need to reconnect the sections — usually manageable with two people and a flat surface. Assembly is straightforward, and illustrated instructions will be provided.

Once the sections are connected, you’re ready to mount your sign. The process is designed to be simple and efficient, with most of the hardware already included.

Step 1: Understand the Two Sets of Angles

To avoid confusion, it’s important to know there are two types of angle brackets involved in your installation:

  1. Brackets that bolt directly to the sign – These are provided with your order. They attach to the body of the sign and create the connection point for installation.

  2. Support angles or beams that anchor to your structure – These must be provided by you. They are welded or bolted to your pole, wall, or monument and serve as the foundation that our provided brackets attach to.

Think of it this way: we supply the brackets for the sign; you supply the structural steel to hold them in place.

Step 2: Prepare Your Support Structure

Before installation, make sure your support system is ready. This might be a pole, a monument base, or a building wall. It must be:

  • Structurally sound

  • Properly sized for the weight and wind load of your sign

  • Equipped with welded or bolted support angles that align with the brackets we provide

Step 3: Attach the Provided Brackets

Using the supplied bolts and fasteners, connect our angle brackets to the sign body. These brackets are designed for strength and easy alignment during installation.

Step 4: Lift and Secure the Sign

Once the brackets are attached:

  1. Use proper lifting equipment to raise the sign into position.

  2. Align the brackets on the sign with your prepared support angles.

  3. Secure by bolting or tack welding the two sets of angles together.
