Every SignRack LED display comes with a 5-year warranty to protect your investment.

Year-by-Year Coverage

Year 1 – Full Coverage

  • 100% coverage on defective parts

  • No cost to you

Year 2 – Prorated

  • 80% off replacement parts

  • You pay 20%

Year 3 – Prorated

  • 60% off replacement parts

  • You pay 40%

Year 4 – Prorated

  • 60% off replacement parts

  • You pay 40%

Year 5 – Prorated

  • 60% off replacement parts

  • You pay 40%

After Year 5 – Extended Discount

  • 40% off replacement parts for the life of your sign

Important Terms

  • Defective parts must be returned within 30 days of service notification.

  • Warranty covers parts only (labor, shipping, and installation are not included).

  • Discounts apply to part costs only and do not combine with other promotions.

The Bottom Line

You get 1 year of full coverage, followed by a prorated plan through Year 5. Even after your warranty ends, you’ll always receive 40% off replacement parts to keep your sign running strong.
